Joe called me right back within minutes and was able to offer an initial quick diagnosis of the issue over the phone. He was able to come look at my dryer the very next morning. Joe is such a nice guy! He is friendly, professional, and he explained exactly what was needed while showing me the failing parts. Joe was very knowledgeable about my brand of dryer and he informed me every step of the repairing and cleaning process. He showed me lint accumulation that was severely scorched (could have caused a fire). By the time he finished the insides looked brand new. I just wanted my dryer fixed (did not heat) but I also got piece of mind."
