"We have had two bad experiences with this company. The first was when we needed our AC repaired on a Saturday. The repairman was here a total of 15 mins and charged us over $200 dollars. The part they replaced costs no where near that. The second time (and we went with them again bc my husband grew up with the owner) we had a repairman come out to evaluate our heating system not working. This time he left after spending a total of 20 mins here, saying he would get back to us with a quote. We never heard back and had to call ourselves, only to be told it would cost $400 dollars to repair. We were able to find the part they told us needed to be replaced online for $70.00 and my husband changed it out, only to find out that wasn't what needed replaced to begin with. Now we are stuck with a heating system that still needs fixed and a $75.00 service charge. Don't waste your money."
