Prime Plumbing

"Do not even consider using Prime Plumbing. They are inefficient, unprofessional and have no work ethic. They sent Shelby over to check a leak and he did what he called a full diagnostic, charged us $300 and said everything look great. I, a layperson, found the leak at the other end of the 10' pipe that Shelby allegedly looked at and cleared it of leaking or any issue. We called Prime back and this time they charged us another $300 to fix a leak that was missed on the first visit. We tried to speak to management several times and after calling many times and practically begging someone to have management call us back, we spoke to Joe and then Bryan who would not listen, had no regard for their customer and making them whole, were rude and aggressive and downright nasty. DO NOT USE THESE FOLKS - you will regret it."

"No worse time to have a septic tank problem than on Christmas Eve with a house full of visitors! Sean arrived promptly, was personable and professional, and was helpful in diagnosing the problem. Tracy came a few days later with the pump out truck and he also was cheerful and patient with our questions. Unfortunately, we had multiple problems both inside and outside, but Sean and Tracy both returned and got things flowing again. Frank the dispatcher was also helpful. Prime Plumbing is, however, fairly expensive as others have noted which is why they did not receive a 5 rating, and it took some strongly worded encouragement to their management to get the team sent out promptly for the final repair. However, it was clear that they system had not been well maintained by the former home owner, which was certainly not Prime's issue."

"Do not use this company. A total rip-off.. came out at first to check diverters in showers so they were replaced at a massively jacked up price next morning lost pressure in both showers quickly called them back to re check same tech comes out says well bladder tank etc.. needs to be replaced but we have a little pressure go to take shower 10 mins after he left and lost all pressure so all soapy call them back after an hour he shows back up tells me one thing tells my landlord something totally different tells me nothing I can do I ask can you change filter I have one on hand nope sorry and leaves but landlord calls says check water all of a sudden it’s working remember there motto is American workers and American parts and we employ veterans who’s veterans North Korean?? Cause they left this veteran hanging.."
