"Called a few locations for quotes and Carlos stood out from the beginning. After deciding to take my bounce house to him and the Bounce Fix team for repairs he accepted drop off of my equipment the next day. Was fast and easy! He communicated and let me know when the work began and finished and sent me photos of the work prior to pick up the next day even though I could tell he was busy and working hard. When I was paying they even placed my unit in the trailer without me asking! I was able to hop right in my car and go. Great customer service at a fair price with more than efficient speed. I even found out he is so knowledgeable he doesnt just know how to repair but can effectively teach others looking to learn how to repair on their own. Thank you for the great work I will see you again soon!"
"Called Carlos on a friday right before my son's birthday party and Tom's him I needed a quick patch done to our bounce house he told me although he doesnt work on Saturday to come down first thing before the party and he would patch it up for me. Top notch work had it finished within minutes so I could make it back home for the birthday boy."
