"Was one of the better shops but since my last repair I’ll never go back. Got 9000.00 worth of work and the mechanic didn’t properly tighten a wheel seal. Got to NC and had to get new seal installed. 500.00 Called FX 1 and was told this and that and eventually was told they would refund the $$ 4 months later and no check."

"This shop is a total rip off! I brought my truck in for a fuel related issue. I had them diagnose my truck and they came back and told me it needed three sensors. I okayed them to do the three sensors. After getting there to pick it up a week later. The truck cut off on their lot. And was doing the same thing I brought it in for. So they had their technicians look back at it. Realizing they had misdiagnosed the problem. They then said I needed a fuel pump and that would be an additional $3300. After already spending $2500 on a misdiagnosed issue. I had to wait an additional two weeks for them to fix my truck. So I was stuck in an hotel for 3 weeks. Waiting on them to repair my truck correctly. Only to get my truck back and it broke down again two days later for the same issue. I had it towed to another shop and they did verify that FX truck center did not clean my fuel system completely, which caused more trash to get into my fuel lines. Which compromised the new fuel pump they put on. And now it would cost me an additional $14,000 to fix their screw up. I’ve contacted FX truck center several times with no response. I’ve tried to reach out to Todd one of the GM’s. I’ve tried to speaking with Don and nobody has yet to give me a call back. This has been going on since Oct 10,2023. Now they are ignoring my phone calls and text messages in regards to receiving a full refund for this misdiagnosed issue. I would never do business with them ever again and I would never recommend them to anyone. They are terrible and a complete rip off please beware. They don’t have certified technicians working on your vehicles either. Stay away from this place!!!!"
