"I called the owner about my new washer to see about maintenance. He was nice he came out and advised I needed nothing everything looks great. He was honest, one time and didn't try to scam me. I will be referring and calling him for all appliance needs."
"I highly recommend Charles Martinez Appliance Repair located in Spring Hill. He returned my call on a SATURDAY at 8:30 a.m. although he does not open until 9 a.m. I had a washer that was not agitating. He asked a few pertinent questions and had me send him a picture of the washer so he could identify it. Made an appointment for 8 a.m. Monday morning. Called before he came and was even a few minutes early ! He checked out my washer and reprogrammed the computer. He ran it through different cycles and answered some questions I had regarding water temperature. Told me that "diagnostics" told him nothing was wrong with washer. Seemed the reprogramming function he did fixed the problem. Only charged me the visit fee. Honest, prompt, and gone in less than 30 to 40 minutes. What's not to Love!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND"
"7-18-22 Top Notch!. I thought I may have had low freon but Carlos took 1 look and noticed evap motor fan not spinning. He replaced the little motor on a 2009 upright freezer. Carlos is very friendly, punctual and very knowledgeable. Highly Recommend him for all your appliance repairs. Thank you Carlos."

"Our dryer stopped getting hot. Called Catlos, and he was able to be here in 45 min or less. Had the part in his truck. Carlos is a very nice guy. He also suggested I fix the agitator on washing machine. All this for under 200. 188 to be exact. I mean it beats buying a new dryer. I highly recommend Carlos. I am very happy"
