Our sub zero is built into the cabinets, so fixing it was very important, as replacement would of cost us a fortune. Stuart is a very nice gentleman and came quickly, he needed to order a part, and within a few days, we were back up and running again! Thanks Stuart!"

"Made an appointment for today between 3 and 5 pm with the possibility of it being earlier assuming his day went well and I could be home before 3pm. I called this afternoon at 2:15 to let him know I was home and if he was able to, he could come sooner. I was told that he had a fridge to fix that would be quick and while he couldn't come any earlier, he would still be able to honor the 3 to 5 appt time. I call him again at 4:55 pm to check the status of his arrival and got the same story that he had a fridge to fix in the Villages and he would still be on time but I guess he didn't know what time it was. Then after I pointed that out, he tried to say he knew back roads that could get him here sooner but traffic is terrible. When I reminded him that we were leaving for Church (Good Friday Service) at 6pm (he was told when the appointment was scheduled) he said if I wanted him to come still he would but couldn't say what time and that Fridays are really not a great day for these types of appts. Why did I leave work early and sit around this afternoon if he knew he was too busy to honor the appointment. He didn't even call to suggest a different day or say he was running behind. I wouldn't suggest this company to any one looking for promt professional service."

"We were dealing with a Asurion on a Samsung warranty repair They came out twice to assess it and both times. They said it was a locked up compressor. They were supposed to come out and do the repairs the next week and called on the same day and canceled They did the same thing to me two more times I finally gave up on them and called Stuart He came out that same day ordered the parts when they came in two days later he came out that day and did the repairs He was very professional, and knew what he was doing and we were very happy with his price and the job I highly recommend Stewart"
