"Took my laptop/tablet 2 in 1 in for a repair because the screen was starting to come out in the corner due to a faulty hinge. The associate further damaged my computer and further popped out the screen when he tried to close it, and it caused me to need to buy a whole new clam shell. Will not be returning."

"I had a really good experience with Geek Squad! My laptop had been overheating and it was evident my fan had gone out. I took my laptop in after getting a same day appointment. The technician was able to diagnose and confirm it was the fan. He provided me with information and serial numbers to order a replacement fan. I ordered it online and took it back in and they installed it for a very small fee. They kept me informed and turn around was less than 24 hours. Really great experience overall!"

"Was very disappointed! They couldn’t help me. Stated they would have to send it to Apple Support and most likely Apple Support would try to sell me another iPad like the one I brought for them to fix. The whole reason I went to get them to repair it was so I didn’t lose my work not buy a used replacement. On the upside… they didn’t charge me."

"We had an Apple phone serviced at Geek Squad 11/12/2020, and we bought a “new” battery from them. The Geek Squad installed the “new” battery for us. When we left the building and arrived at our vehicle to go home, the battery and phone were totally dead! When we arrived home, we plugged the phone in and discovered the following message: “Your battery’s health is significantly degraded.” The maximum battery capacity showed 65%. After about an hour on the phone charger, the phone showed 100%charged. However, as soon as the phone was unplugged from the charger, the phone went dead and battery charged icon showed in the extreme red position and the battery was dead. We then placed a phone call to the Geek Squad and were put on hold for over an hour. Just as I was about to disconnect the call, someone came on the phone. They never identified themselves and asked for “phone number and name.” As soon as I asked if I was speaking with someone from Geek Squad, they hung up on me. Tomorrow, I will go the the store. To say this is poor customer service is an understatement!"
