"Came in for screen replacement through my insurance Assurant and unfortunately my Bluetooth and WIFI were also damaged so the gentleman helping me was kind enough to put a damaged screen on that made it so I was still able to use my phone until a new one came in the mail which he didn't have to do but saved me from not having a working phone at all.
