"My friend and I went there to use up our vision benefits before the year end. We had back to back appointments which we were a little bit late for due to car trouble, but that was no problem. They were still able to get us right in -eyes examined - prescriptions written & ordered! I was able to go home with a box of contacts that day. Wonderful service from the whole staff there! Big shout out to Michelle. She was just great. I can’t recommend this place highly enough."

"I chose Optical Outlet because they take my insurance. I made an appointment for an eye exam over the phone which was fairly easy. I arrived but had to wait a bit. That is not unusual as no one can predict exactly how long each exam will take and allowances must be made for patients who arrived late. The exam seemed rushed and even though they read the prescription on my old glasses, they wrote me a script for a much low strength. I’m sure I am the only person who doesn’t remember the script they got 2 years earlier! I was clueless and ordered new glasses online. When the new glasses arrived I couldn’t use them because the strength was wrong. That is a 1 star! I contacted the store but was told that only the manager could reschedule me to come in and she was too busy. I did get a callback to just come in and bring the new glasses. In the very thorough re-exam the numbers changed by 0.50 and the Dr tried to tell me that my eyes had changed in one week by .50. Now I am at 0 stars, however she did give me a great second exam, she did tell me the glasses would be replaced for free by the lab because she changed the prescription and I can not say that I’ve never made a mistake. If she has admitted her error and not tried to feed me a line I would have upped the review to 4 stars but she didn’t so 3 it is."

"The products and services that was promised brought me to believe that there are actually businesses out there that keep business ethics alive. They believe we sell what we advertise. Even though there were a couple of issues I spoke to Mohamed who is district manager and he is a man of his word. In this world things happen but he made sure that what I paid for is what I received and he made them right. A Great product at a Great price."

"Old equipment, disorganized went with my wife and we submitted our paperwork the same time, moment later I go in get a quick “pre eye test” then my wife should have been next, but a whole family goes ahead of us. We had to reschedule her, then she’s told her vision insurance was being “held” by them. She’s had no service how can you hold someone insurance up? I am supposed to go in for my frames but def won’t go back. Very Limited selection overpriced for non brand frames, and they even pull from a plastic bag to show you styles. I’m sure there are better places, my wife and I won’t be going back."

"Absolutely horrible experience. Had an appointment today (3/16). Walk in and give the person at the front desk my name. She confirms my phone number and says that the doctor cancelled my appointment and I was called on 3/11. I look at my phone and see no voicemail from 3/11. She says that there was no voicemail available and that’s when I knew she was lying. I’m not a very popular person so my voicemail does not get full. Anyway, so I ask if there was a follow up attempt and she said no. So, when I make an appointment I get a confirmation email and text, but when THE DOCTOR cancels on you the only form of communication is an alleged phone call. Absolutely no empathy from the girl at the front desk. She did not even try. Didn’t even ask if I’d like to reschedule. Awful experience and will never go back."
