"Great theater! Damien the manager was so very accommodating to my family when our tickets for a specific movie had not been traceable. (Only 2 of 5 were) he compensated for the others. So kind!! Was definitely not something we thought was even an option and was ready to pay for another 3 tickets. This kind of service was definitely recognized to my entire family. Love the theater no matter bit love how the manager cares about the people who come to this environment for a family gathering"

"I'm almost surprised we didn't have to pop the popcorn ourselves. There was no customer service. Buy your ticket from the kiosk. There was one person who took the ticket stub and told us the theater was on the right but otherwise, it was do it all yourself. Grab the popcorn out of the cabinet, fix your own drink, ring it up on a giant screen board and pay... no interaction with staff, and no instructions. Maybe if it was advertised that it was the latest thing in efficiency or innovation, it might have been cool. Instead, it was cold and impersonal. But that's just me."

"People told me not to go to this movie theater because it has received some bad reviews and is dirty. I didn't find it to be dirty, in fact, quite the opposite it was clean, although very dated, the popcorn was fresh, and even though they've gone to self-serve, check out the person behind the counter, prepared a fresh bag of popcorn, and let me butter it halfway through I like it. My grandson and I had a wonderful time seeing a movie, they serve alcoholic beverages, which is a nice change up. If you're thinking about having a date night, you can get mixed drinks, wine and beer. I think the seats in the auditorium need to be repaired, being able to recline is nice having a seat that is not ripped would be even nicer. Overall, I would go here again to see a movie."

"By today's standards I guess it's nice. The seats are very comfortable and it was clean. But the atmosphere of the entrance was very awkward. It was like a library in there. Super quiet & the staff was all standing around talking quietly to themselves. IMO it would be much more inviting with some music and having the staff interacting with the guests. This new way of self serve kiosks & snack area is just off putting. A smile and friendly staff are missed."

"I love the seats but they may need better management. The food is stale, had to take back pretzels as they were hard and not at all fresh. I wanted a pizza but they were sitting there for who ever knows and burnt. Popcorn I got from the cage there is was stale. They make the popcorn fresh but by the time you get it it's been sitting for a hot minute. It's not like you are are so busy you can't make things fresh. Nachos only a small cup of cheese, nothing else. No chili, no toppings nothing a small cup of cheese that's gone in 5 chips. I gave this place a 4 star last time I was here but was being generous and tried it again. Welp I will not continue to make that mistake."
