"Be aware! If there is a problem No One will help you! Our stay was the worst stay here in Florida! The house looks nice but it comes with a price, a nasty price! I have contacted customer service via text several times about the unit I am in. The toilets are backed up, we have to go to the local gas station to use their toilets. with 3 kids this is very annoying!! I tried clearing it out myself with no result. I bought a stronger plunger than the one provided, I bought some toilet clearing tablets that didn’t help. I have also contacted them about the bug issue in the house. There are bugs all over the ground, I am constantly wiping the ground. I found a roach in my suitcase. We found a lizard roaming around in the kitchen. There are tiny bugs all over the house, roaming around. I have to wash the towels everyday, check the beds every night for bugs. I have went through 3 bottles of raid. I also texted customer service about this issue. There is a sliding door that will not close. We put tape from the top to the bottom to close it and make sure nothing comes in. I have also told customer service about this. They responded that someone came and fixed the bug and door issue, I replied with a picture showing the tape is still there and it is still opened. They said they will send someone over. They replied to me on three different occasions that someone will have Come over to fix our issues, no one came. There is also a shower that we can not use, the shower head point directly to the ground, there is no door to the shower. I have a video of it but can’t upload it"

"This is my first time book Vacasa rental, and most definitely the last time. I reach out to the property management team, and they are super rude and have no clue what they are doing or how these houses look. Both my wife and brother in law got their foot sliced in the pool because the bottom of the pool has the pool plaster coming off. The rep Taylor hands down is the most unprofessional rep I have ever dealt with, she has no business in customer service. I was pointing out issues with the house and she said she inspected the house, so I asked her why are these issues coming about if you inspected the house? She got mad when I caught her in her lie and said I have to talk to Airbnb now because she got caught in her lie.. I will never again book with vacasa rentals, especially in the fort myers, Cape Coral area.. If your rep is Taylor then you are in for a bad time at your rental, she also stated the pool gets checked on a weekly basis, when we checked in.. the pool was green, and we had to call them to come clean it, even the pool guy said that this pool has been dirty for a while, so yet another lie she told.. I also will provide pictures down below of the injuries… never book vacasa especially in fort myers, Cape Coral area."

"The worst vacation service I've ever received. Vacasa housekeepers are very rude and unprofessional. When you call to extend your stay or change your dates, the representative gives you incorrect information about which dates are actually available. Once they tell you something is available you think you can change the dates, but then you get a last minute phone call saying the date isn't available. Then when you have to make last minute accommodations and change your plans, which is stressful enough, housekeeping and their local manager were banging on the door telling us to let the housekeepers inside the home, when my family and kids were still trying to pack our things. We couldve packed much quicker if they didnt constantly bang on the door rushing us. They were extremely rude, immature and u professional and one of the housekeepers called me a B**** just because i told her i was given the wrong information from the phone representative and that i was trying my best to check out with young children, when i was the one being inconvenienced. Zero customer service skills. Use VRBO instead.​"

Outstanding service and results. I highly recommend Vacasa as the vacation rental property professionals."

"Absolutely the worst property manager we have ever seen. My family rented a house that was supposed to sleep 8. Advertising 4 beds. We get there, Murphy bed was locked. So now we have a pull out couch that is so uncomfortable and an air mattress. I was told that my comfort was not a priority. The pillows were an inch thick. Very old and gross, there was not even extra bedding for the air mattress or the pull out couch. Vacasa did not care at all!!! Did not even call us back or care that some of our guest had to leave because there wasn’t enough room. I will forever spread the word how horrible they are. There are so many wonderful property managers. Please do your research before using Vacasa. They are terrible!!!"
