"I contacted this office since I have used Coldwell Banker in my home state. I spoke with Ryan Caviness and told him the dates my wife and I would be in the area and the homes we were interested in seeing. We flew into the area and was disappointed to learn on our first day that he had no appointments set and needed to contact the other agents to set the appointments. We waisted two days of our trip waiting for appointments to be set. When I confronted Ryan about my wasted time, he became combative and aggressive and took no responsibility for his errors. We flew back home not seeing all the homes we wanted and now need to spend the money to return, but will not be with RYAN CAVINESS!"
