"Our stay at Elevated Perspective was fabulous! Just got back from a wonderful Christmas holiday family get together at Elevated Perspective in Siesta Key. The house was just as depicted in the pictures online...perfect for our group of 11 (6 young adults, 3 middle-aged adults and 2 aging adults). The elevator was key for my 88 year old parents. The EV charger was an added plus for my son's new Tesla. We cooked in for most of our nights. The kitchen was great and well-equipped. Loved the large Wolf oven/range, large refrigerator, two dishwashers and plenty of glassware, dishes and silverware. The eating space was perfect to allow for our entire family group to gather around the dining table at meals comfortably. We utilized the multiple gathering spaces (outdoor covered pool area, 2nd floor family game area, the 3rd floor family room and the rooftop grill/hangout area. The rooftop finished space was ideal for our adult kids to hangout, have some cocktails, watch football and enjoy the sunset. The pool area was quite tranquil with the waterfall feature to escape and read a book for a short break. The pingpong table was an added fun game in the covered pool area. The house is close enough to the action but not in the busy area of Siesta Key. We visited the public pickleball courts 1 mile up the road multiple times...utilizing the provided bikes, running or driving to get there. Beach Access via public Beach Access 7 is right across the street. Very convenient! However it is a bit of a walk for an elderly person to get to the beach from the beginning of the access path to the beach. (I rented a beach wheelchair so my dad could make it there--used Ride and Paddle one of the recommended vendors who dropped off and picked up the chair, very convenient service). The Beach is beautiful... took family photos, saw dolphins swimming and a beautiful sunset. Loved the welcome board and the decorated table top Christmas Tree was an unexpected pleasant surprise! All in all a wonderful house, perfect for creating invaluable family memories!"

"Vunique Vacations has it figured out! What a wonderful stay on their property. My family and I loved every minute at Shore Thing. From the beautiful indoor and outdoor living, not to mention the location. The management team was extremely responsive and professional! I will not even think about using another rental agency after this experience. We are booking again for next year and many years to come!"

"What an incredible vacation home!!! We had 16 people in our group (8 adults and 8 kids). More than enough room and plenty to do. The beach and shopping/restaurants were steps away. The pictures don’t do this place justice. We will be back for sure! The management groups was so accommodating and quick to respond with any needs we had. Loved every minute!"

"Shore Thing is an awesome rental. This house has everything you need and more. Very private, 1 block to an awesome beach, all the shops are right up the street. The house was very neat and clean. The service was exceptional when we had a little service problem with the spa. The pool with a slide was a big hit with the children. My family and I would definitely rent this place again."
