"We spent this past week in 504 and it was fabulous! It seems to have been recently remodeled, beautifully. All new appliances. Nicely furnished. Everything was perfect. SeaView is conveniently located. Lots of great restaurants near by. Pool and hot tub are great. We highly recommended SeaView!"

"We had a great stay in unit 201. The condo was clean and inviting. The view was wonderful. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool, but we really loved that the beach was never crowded. Dolphins passed by EVERY morning during coffee time on the balcony. The end of September made for a wonderful vacation!! We will be back."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Seaview. Connie was very helpful with the booking process, explaining everything about the condo we were booking and pricing, and even answering phone calls or returning phone calls within a timely manner. At the time we went there were some issues with the Wi-Fi in our unit, but luckily they were on top of it and able to help us out, once again within a good time frame and not leaving us for too long without some form of a fix. Her and the other employees we spoke to also let us know to check the condo before we went out and bought chairs, umbrellas, etc and luckily we did! Unit #405 had 4 chairs, 2 coolers, an umbrella, and even a huge canopy in the closet, saving us from having to purchase anything like that for our beach days. Also the location is great, plenty of good restaurants and grocery stores around, as well as only being a few minutes down the road from John's Pass, about 10-15 minutes from treasure island, and 30ish minutes from Clearwater. We would definitely recommend anyone to use this place, and we will definitely be keeping them in mind for future trips!"

"Our family of 6 stayed at Seaview last week and loved our stay! The property is very clean and the beach is beautiful. We saw dolphins from our balcony every morning and amazing sunsets every night. We loved using the sand toys/chairs that past guests left (assuming) and we had TONS of towels to use (always a plus!). The only negative was the bathrooms don't have exhaust venting, but that could just be due to the age of the building. We will be back!!!"
