"I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company!!! I would use them again and again, they made my family vacation a breeze (literally)!!"

"Although I enjoyed the location and the villa has potential, the towels were very old and rough which scraped against my sunburn. The room was not clean which caused me to have to spend time/money cleaning it and buying cleaning supplies. We used the pull out couch which had no covers to go along with it causing us to have to buy blankets. There was no sponge or dish soap provided (not even a starter pack) which cost us more money. The was a parking situation while renting a golf cart. My husband paid 155$ for parking in the public beach parking and I ended up paying another guest 40$ for their parking pass because they didn’t have a vehicle. If parking spots are available because it is slow season and they aren’t being occupied then guests that are there should be accommodated for a small fee. Luckily the lady at the front desk was super nice and helped me by contacting another guest for their parking spot. She was the nicest thing about the condo. The night person who wasn’t so pleasant quickly shut me down when I asked general questions about parking and told me “Beware”. He also shut me down quickly when I asked about sleeping covers that should have been provided. He just was willing to help at all. I didn’t understand what the front desk was even there for besides check in which is a keypad so really they aren’t even needed for that. Overall, I made it work and my family enjoyed the vacation but I spent at least 500$ on mishaps from staying at this villa. Had I known I would have booked somewhere a little better that prevented mishaps. 800$ for 3 nights to begin with shouldn’t have included this many issues. We made the best of it though."

"My family stayed on treasure island at a property managed by TRS. Check in was so easy. The condo was ready before check in time and they called me to let me know we could come early. It was all so smooth. There was a little snafu with the city doing some sewer repair and possibly having to turn the building water off and Christine in the office was amazing and handled everything for us right away. (Water to our unit was not turned off) This was our 10th year down for spring break but our first time dealing with TRS. We will definitely be booking with them again!"

"I spoke with Katrina, extremely rude snotty employee!! The cleaning staff DOES NOT CLEAN!! Our unit was beyond disgusting, I cleaned it myself. We stayed at Royal Orleans unit 212 in Redington Beach FL. There were actual dirty dishes in out kitchen cabinets, the bathroom floor was absolutely disgusting, kitchen drawers were unbelievably dirty. You would think with Covid.... they would do better. Dirty dishes in the cabinets...wth?!"
