"When I booked it was with the intention of keeping it affordable. Sleep and shower is all we needed. Easy check in. Location is perfect!!! Close to John's Pass, great restaurants and the beach!! Literally steps away!! The AC in the bedroom and dining area has been a lifesaver in this brutal heat. It is everything we needed. And then some! Thank you Neal and Anne!!! We will definitely be back!!"

"I don’t think you understand how close this actually is to the beach. From our unit (3) to the boardwalk to the beach was quite literally 20 steps. It was clean, simple, stocked, quiet, comfortable, close to the beach, food, etc. I would definitely go here again. They even have a little vacuum, broom for the sand, fridge, small kitchen area. The shower is the only thing I wasn’t totally amazed with. Did I get every spot shaving? Idk.. it’s kind of dark. But honestly, not even a big enough issue to dock points from our stay."

"I brought my lovely wife here for a little getaway. Very clean with Nice little amenities. The bathroom is tiny, so think twice about this room of you're a larger person. Otherwise Our staywas great! Very close to the beach; about 50 yards away!"

"Great area and location! 10 steps to the path to the beach another 20 steps and you are on the white sand beach! I would say close to ocean view from Windows), beautiful beach!! As I read on other reviews, very clean! AC works (ya never know right). Easy check in which was absolutely so lovely after driving from Ontario, Canada. For a place to stay when your out all day enjoying your vacation, this is the spot!! Even in evenings if your staying in, TV has soo many channels to have a quiet night in if needed after a long day in sun! Definitely recommend and would come back for sure!! Beautiful area!"

"Cute, clean, and comfortable. Perfect location - steps from the beach with warm Gulf water and white sand and easy walk to John's Pass attractions. The owners are great too! The only thing that would've been better would've been staying here longer! We're not even home a full day and trying to figure out how and when we can come back."
