"I must say I have been coming to PCB for along time..I must say that Sandcastle management company is 100 % top notch..During my stay at Watercrest recently our dryer stopped turning, i called and talked to the owner Eric..he was up in the condo 10 minutes later he looked at the dryer and 3 hours later a repairman fixed it!! I thought that this was not a emergency so i did not expect it fixed that fast. This company is on site at Watercrest..Our stay went perfectly the condo was absolutely clean how refreshing.I just want to say THANK YOU to SANDCASTLE and thank you Eric and Debbie!! We were able to completely enjoy what i consider to be the best beach iin the USA!!! I WILL BE BACK!!"

"Renter beware. Worst rental agency ever. Several problems through the week that were dumped back on us or the owner to handle. We asked for more than 1 towel per person please, response was not allowed by my "partners" linen company. Not accommodating or helpful in any way. Then had the nerve to charge $30 for a dirty washcloth that was used to clean the table on the balcony that hadnt been cleaned in a very long time. Didn't even wash it as the picture was exactly the disgusting dirt off the table. Will be sure to book our Sept. Trip thru a different agency that knows how to treat guests. Never again Sandcastle Beach rentals. Word of mouth is your worst enemy!"

"Abysmal experience with the current property manager, Eric. He was incredibly rude when dealing with a pipe leak in the rental we were currently staying at on the first day (which was due to the property being dated and old). In addition, well prior to the agreed check-out time, they actually came and knocked on the door in order to ensure we were leaving. Extremely unprofessional from the beginning to the end. They have lost our business. Do not recommend."

"Worst experience ever! DO NOT use! A/C was out and temps in rental were 90 degrees for nearly five days before he got someone there to fix it. Cockroaches in the floor every time I came home. Old mildewy smell that even the best air fresheners won't fix. Rude and very unprofessional behavior by the owner, Eric. Refusal to honor month to month contract resulting in cancellation of my travel contract with the hospital because I couldn't get anything else lined up last minute after he rented the condo out from under me."
