"We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was very easy to get to from the Parkway once we learned our way around. The kitchen is fully equipped (Crock pot, Keurig, coffee maker, toaster etc). The cabin is very spacious and was clean. We had 5 adults and had plenty of room. The outside balcony is great to relax on when good weather. We did not use the hot tub so i can't review it. Fayla was very easy to get in touch with when needed. We had a issue with the tv in the living room, the cable company came quickly and replaced the cable box. I highly recommend staying at Ain't Moose Behavin cabin when in Pigeon Forge. We would definitely stay here again."

"We have rented from Fayla several times over the past few years. The condos are always clean and well stocked. The beach is a short walk and the pool is very nice. Gulf Highlands is conveniently located to restaurants and grocery stores. We highly recommend her properties and will rent from her again. It is a pleasure to work with Fayla."

"Fayla’s condo was very beautiful and exceptionally clean! Loved the beach nautical decorations! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans and appliances! The view of the Gulf and the sunsets were so special! Comfortable furniture in the condo and on the patio! Easy assess to the beach and pools and many restaurants within walking distance! Fayla was fair, honest, friendly and easy to deal with her. I would definitely rent from her again if I am heading to the PCB area!"

"I wanted to share not one but many of my experiences staying at the Properties by Fayla. First, I must say I have stayed at many properties over the past 20 years. The ease of working with Fayla to book was a breeze. She is so responsive and tries her best to accommodate your needs. Secondly, all of the properties I have stayed at were very up to date and stocked with everything you need home away from home. After dealing with one of the high rises, the parking was always disastrous. But with Fayla you have parking right outside. I always look to Fayla first if I don’t automatically rebook for the next year. I would highly recommend giving any of her properties a try. I can assure you, she doesn’t disappoint. Fayla’s townhouse had everything we needed to enjoy our time at the beach. Her decor was lovely. We were conveniently located to the beach. We enjoyed the quiet, peaceful atmosphere.
