"The complex appears to be recently repainted - the buildings/railings. Looks very nice. Pool area (not heated) was tidy and the patio furniture is nice (not shabby or worn). Onsite access to lovely private beach. Our rental unit, 624, has been recently remodeled (so tasteful and beautiful) - so I can't speak for other individual units."
