"I had a charge appear on my account for 646.00 for an electric bill..This wasn't me and I called and this company told me I signed up on facebook in 2018 and I havent had a facebook since 2011. She said I can close the account I said I never opened it to began with. She said this company doesn't scam or allow fraud!! I told her in this day and age every company has dealt with scam and fraud and even with people getting bills in your name without your knowledge. I said well it's mighty funny since I never signed up. She told me to email support...no phone number..no apologies..just email support. REALLY?!?! I thank God I am a Ameren customer and I thank God for my bank"
