"Called Desoto plumbing due to my pump that keeps losing prime and running hot. They came out to look at it. They put a valve on top of pump to make it prime easier. I asked them to please check the check valve was told the check valve was fine. Two hours later pump running hot again no water. Husband comes home checks the check valve the seal was gone and melted inside. Paid $145.00 to have it fixed and looked at. Called office this morning and they could care less. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!"
"Had an amazing experience with DeSoto Plumbing when my water heater broke the other day and they came right out and fixed it. The Plumber was polite and worked diligently on the repair until it was completed. The office staff Katie I believe was polite, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. My family will be using them again for sure and I will be referring my friends and neighbors!"
"Our cast iron pipes were in really bad condition and was recommended by multiple companies that replacement or repair was needed. James from Desoto Plumbing came out and evaluated the situation and suggested their pipe coating service rather than lining. He explained everything step by step and showed me the progress throughout the job. It was a big job that was very costly, but it is complete now and we should be set for a long time."
"I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star, the lady in the office is rude and hangs up on you, they charge you multiple times and when it’s their error they expect you to wait for a refund instead of providing it right away. They refuse to provide an invoice. My bank has filed a fraud after them currently to get my money back. As well as I have reported them to undergo auditing because they do not have their paperwork in order and charge customers without permission to run the customers card as well as do not provide receipts for work or even have correct address on files. I do not recommend them."
"Ants shorted out the pump, they were very quick to respond to my call. Corrected problem instantly but not even 15 minutes after they left, shorted out again. Helpful to assist me when I called but while I corrected the problem second time, saw my pump has a dripping rusted pipe. How could that have been missed? Maybe because so late in the day, I was tired too. All in all, happy they showed me how to correct that problem, should it happen again."
