"A member of the Karden team arrived on site and couldn’t complete the job because he couldn’t get a screw loose, he said he would return the next day to finish the job after getting the right tool. 48 hrs. Later I called their office and Avery told me someone else (company) would have to do it. They can’t loosen a screw, so they took the money and left without completing the services that were paid for. I WOULD SAY TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY WE HAVE BEEN IN SERVICE LOCALLY FOR 30yrs. AND WE WOULD RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!!!"

"I used Karden Renovations after my friend/neighbor recommended him when I was needing to get the interior of my house painted in preparation for a sale. Avery from start to finish was punctual and had excellent communication. On the first day we talked for near an hour discussing everything that could and would be done. He took measurements to ensure an accurate estimate on paint quantity needed and provided an estimate on the same day. I agreed to the work right then and he got started the following day. Throughout the course of the work there were other small tasks that needed to be done and Avery agreed to handle them and just added the labor and material to the total. He was a godsend for me in getting the home ready to list. I will not hesitate to call Avery and hire Karden Renovations for any work I need done on a house in the future!"
