"Unreliable. Never showed up for the appointment. Didn’t even contact me to cancel or reschedule. Response to owner: I texted you the address as you requested and you responded with the appointment, Tuesday 8:30 am. No one showed up."

"Seen all the great reviews so I called him. Mateo is very personable. He speaks with confidence. Making you think he would do a meticulous job. Said my shower bath tub install would take 5 days. A non itemized invoice was emailed to me. After spoke and requested an itemized invoice but never received it, they started the work. It was a great disappointment. They stated they were done so many times but things were not done, or sloppy. Walls painted without spackling holes. Not sanded. Areas not painted like the wall next to the cabinets. Tiles placed without spacers. Grout falling off. Grout missing. Kept asking if he sealed the grout. Ignored. Sheet rock not textured to match other walls. Paint dripping down the walls and left to dry. Ceiling damaged and ignored. Floor and tub splattered with paint. Trim not replaced. Nail sticking out of the floor board. Tile around drain missing left horribly. Chipped shower tile which had no shortage of was smeared with grout to fix the chip. It looked like I attempted to do it myself instead of a professional. We gave them from November to almost January. Sent pictures of shotty work that needed fixing. This was a simple job of which the supplies were placed on our charge card. 7000 dollars for labor alone. Big mistake to use this company. We wished they would do better work. We have so many other jobs to have done. We are so frustrated and disappointed. Will never recommend them."

Their prices are always affordable and consideraerate. Mateo was most recently very considerate with the cost on a flooring job that my mother needed done, I can't recommend him enough!!"

"Mateo and his crew did an excellent job for us. We had a list of items that we needed doing including turning a door around in the frame and closing in an area of our attached garage. These days it's hard to find a small jobs contractor that will even respond, much less respond quickly and do quality work. We are happy with the results and the price was very fair.
