"OMG!!! THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!! Everything you would ever need is there, bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc..! I had a dream trip with my 82 year old mom & 20 year daughter that I will treasure forever. It's so private & quiet & right by the bay & ocean. I can not wait to go back!!!! The host was so gracious & helpful, ensuring our trip was wonderful. The only downside was, he wouldn't let me live there forever, Lol. Wonderful, wonderful place!!!!!"

"We’ve stayed in The Highview, Stump Pass Place and this year The Pool House. The hosts continue to amaze us on their inviting decor and absolutely clean vacation homes. We have kids ranging from 1 year old to 15, and along with the adults we have such an amazing time. The walk to the beach for the whole crew is nice and close, along with the walk to the beautiful riverside as well. It’s impossible to be disappointed. Thank you again for all you do to make vacationing this easy! Looking forward to next summer !"

"I was Blown Away the minute I opened the door!! These owners did an AMAZING job on these suites. The attention to detail was mind blowing. The decor was outstanding. Very beachy. The kitchen was stocked with LITERALLY EVERYTHING you could imagine from blender to pizza pan to wine opener. The bath towels are high end as are the bed linens. They did skip anything. They have everything you need here. Beach chairs, wagons, umbrella. Amazing I've stayed in alot of resort style places..let me tell you. By far this is my favorite Deserves the name SUITE Will be coming back...actually..I may never leave!!"

"Nice budget older accommodations about a three block walk from the beach and about a five block walk to the kayak/SUP launch in the state park. The one bedroom units had window A/C units that did the job but we're loud. A positive if you like white noise but a negative if you don't. With them off or turned on low, sounds from outside and the neighboring units are very pronounced, especially what seemed like constant footsteps from above. The convenience of the bikes, kayaks, grill, beach chairs etc. was a nice touch. They have handcarts to pull the kayaks to the launch in the state park, where sometimes you're charged a launch fee of $2 per person and sometimes you're not. The pool is nowhere near the unit and is a community pool a 15 minute drive across the drawbridge and back on the mainland The rooms themselves do not have a washer and dryer, but there is a shared laundry with one washer and one dryer for all of the units. Unfortunately, the people who used them before us broke both of them our last night, and we did not find out until the spin cycle didn't work, leaving us with swamped soapy clothes. After hand wringing our clothes, we learned that the dryer was also broken. We called the manager, but the owner and manager were not willing to fix it that night and did not call us back. The realtor/manager was the go between and seemed annoyed that we bothered to call. In the end, we wrung out as much soapy water from our clothes as we could and dried what we could with the towels and iron, but we still had to pack our suitcases with very damp clothes that did not dry hanging over night. To Peter, the owner in response to your response, we did let the agent know about our own laundry. I called twice. The second time she sent us to voicemail and never called back. Also, I think most everyone can relate to how long a block is. Your measurements in time assumes someone is walking a mile in 5 minutes. Most people don't walk that fast. I was trying to give people a more accurate description of the distances, which aren't far, but which you're still underestimating."
