"House was AMAZING!!! Location on the island was perfect and close to everything. We could watch the sunset while making dinner and relaxing on the patio. The pool area had a table and great seating area for us to hang out all day as well as many yard games for all to enjoy. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we could have needed for making meals at home or enjoying takeout. There were a ton of beach chairs and a couple wagons to haul all our stuff to the beach. The beach is only half a block away so super easy with little kids to come back and forth if needed or to refresh the cooler with beverages! With 7 bedrooms the house had more than enough space for people to have their privacy if wanted. The management company is super quick to respond if there are any issue or if we were looking for recommendations for eating and things to do on or off the island. We will definitely be staying here again!!!"

"We rented a house from AMI Locals this past Thanksgiving. The house was a great example of "you can put lipstick on a pig, but it is still a pig." I cannot list all the issues, but the repairman they sent out couldn't do anything. For example, two of the bedrooms had no doors and, under the kitchen sink, there was a rat trap, rat hair and rat poop which remained there our whole stay because only the exterminators could deal with it and I guess they were busy. Anyhow, I am attaching some pictures because they really tell the story better than I can. Yes, that is a dead lizard squished in the door post in the kitchen. And, to be fair, we have rented before from AMI and the homes were fine, so this was very disappointing for us. Lastly, I can't help but think of the words of advertiser, Bill Bernbach, "The most powerful Element in advertising is the truth.""

"We booked with AMI and had a spectacular week at Holmes beach. The house was great and enough space for my family of 4 and our dog. Everything clean and ready to enjoy. The beach and the pool were wonderful. We'll be back."

The rental agency was great about communicating with us regarding what to expect from check in to checkout. The property was just perfect and was ideally located on Pine Ave in the heart of things. The home was beautifully appointed with all the amenities you would want for your beach vacation. I highly recommend renting from AMI locals and staying at the Oar house!"
