Jeeves Florida Rentals

"This was our second stay with Jeeves. Last year it was fine but this year was pretty awful. We stayed in the house from Feb 14th-Feb 18th 2024. From the time we arrived we had a number of issues that took place. - Plumbing issues in the bathroom - leak in the ceiling. - Rooms with burnt out lightbulbs. I would think this would be switched prior to a new person coming into rent. - We paid for the pool to be heated for our stay. It took the Jeeves staff multiple rounds of people coming in to fix the problem. This seemed to be related to technicians not setting the temperature properly. It was so hot that our kids and cousins could not swim till this was corrected. - The fridge died over the trip causing us to throw out hundreds of dollars of food. This was after 2 Jeeves maintenance people came out and noted to us that we do not have anything available to replace the current fridge right now. The worse part of the experience was the customer service. When noting all the issues that took place, what was thrown in our face was a lease agreement and noting that "were not responsible" per this document. We were given a paltry credit after spending thousands of dollars to rent this house. Jeeves has completely lost a customer and I will certainly recommend to others in my neighborhood who visit Orlando not to use Jeeves as well. I would expect a company such as Jeeves to meet us somewhere in the middle after such a terrible stay."

"Home was large and clean. We fit well. The beds were very comfortable, pool was awesome! One of the bigger pools we've ever had. We did have a few issues with the appliances. Dryer took 3-4 hours to dry things re-starting loads several times and if towels were in the load it never dried. Refrigerator leaked water out of the ice slot and onto the floor, TVs did not work in all the bedrooms unless you had Netflix, and kitchen had very minimal contents... 1 large and 1 small pan for a house of 15 people. Community was quiet and community water park was a blast!"

"Only had noise issues from neighbors one night out of 17, so can't complain too much on that issue. We did have issues with the pool not circulating properly. The pool heat was fine (in late Jan. / early Feb.), but it wasn't circulating, and thus wasn't being filtered. So when the bacteria built up, it changed color and had to be shocked by the pool company. I'd say during our 17 night stay we were only prevented from using the pool for a couple of days. The management company was fairly responsive and friendly. Just call back if you don't get a person (they didn't return messages). To get a 5 bed / 5 bath house with a pool and hot tub 20 minutes from Disney for less than the cost of two hotel rooms is just nuts. We typically like to stay onsite at WDW, but when we choose not to, this is a fantastic option."

"We recently stayed at property W306 and were blown away by the home, the cleanliness, the attention to detail and the service from the rental company. The house itself was gorgeous and immaculately decorated; the kids rooms and play areas were by far the best I've seen out of the luxury rentals we've stayed at in the past. The pool area looks like it's straight out of a resort, and the rest of the amenities made for an amazing weekend. Highly recommend!"
