"I had a very nice relaxing and enjoyable time at the condo that my sister and I stayed in. That was our first time being at Gulf Shores, normally go to Florida. The condo was very clean and stocked with anything you could possibly need. Will definitely book again and stay longer. Vicki M"

"We had a great time in our beach house at Pelican Perch in Fort Morgan Alabama. The kitchen was well equipped. The rooms were nice and clean. The views are great. We were close to two pools which were well kept. We used the grill and the outdoor shower was great. The wildlife habitat was nice to be around. We really enjoyed our time there with our family vacation. The staff was very good and friendly."

"Tried to book an Airbnb but was 24 and their policy is 25 years or older to make a reservation. Was told by their employee Paula to cancel and have my friend that is going on our trip that is 25 to book the reservation. My friend did accordingly. My friend calls the rental office to confirm the reservation and they change their rules (never stated on air bnb) every guest has to be 25 years or older. Which makes absolutely no sense. Everyone staying is 22-25 years old. We are told to cancel again which now we are out A LOT of money that we have to wait 3-5 business days to get back when we are trying to book a place before everywhere is booked. We are then told if we get someone older than 25 to reserve the air bnb and attends the trip that we can stay. So the rules change again and we are treated like teenagers when we are adults. The lady I talked to on the phone said because of spring break etc. they are trying to prevent partying. Which I can understand trying to protect your property during spring break and young college students. We are going on our trip in MAY and all graduated from college!!! This is NOT a party trip. We are attending Hangout Music Festival but that means we won’t be in the room most of the time. It feels discriminatory due to our ages and that we attending a music festival but they don’t know us what so ever and now have left us in a horrible situation. A terrible company that obviously does not communicate to one another. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Try to rent here if you want to be screwed multiple times and have the rules changed."

"I made a reservation for a house from March. The reservation was suppose to be for mid August. I was notified in June that as of July 1st they would no longer be handling the management for that particular home, but they would roll my deposit to a different listing. I told the lady on the phone my particular speculations and she told me to go to the website to search. (Rather than her helping me since they just cancelled my reservation) Of course, there was nothing available with the speculations needed. - This weekend while searching for for a new reservation, I found that home I had rented listed on another property management page, with the reservation I needed marked off the calendar when I reached out to them I was told that they contacted Gulf2Beach multiple times to keep the homes current reservations but they would not cooperate and the new dates are brand new reservation. So here I am still searching. - It is really sad that they were not professional enough to allow the reservations to transfer, leaving people without accommodations. I am sure I’m not the only person that has this same issue. Do not book here unless you want to risk having your vacation canceled and left without a place to stay."
