"I used Flip Flop for a couple of different things, I was a condo owner and let them manage my property for me. They did a great job of handling everything. They had great communication with vacation renters and provided a great experience. Vacation rentals turned out to be something I did not enjoy so I also used Casey and Bill to sell our condo. In a very difficult market they managed to help us sell and did a great job of communicating. I will also add I am a control freak realtor who over communicates myself, they a great job of answering text, calls and emails all hours of the day. If you are looking for a vacation, a property manager, or a realtor I would absolutely trust this group to take care of your needs. Thank you Casey and Bill and Family."
