"There are two of the neighbors moving out because of a person responsible to manage the place. Honestly, you don't feel like it is your home. She goes to your backyard to say whatever she feels like you did wrong. And afterwards she will send at least 5 pages of repeating words to your e-mail. It is annoying and not ethic at all. Don't put yourself into it! I am moving out as Soon as I possibly can. No one from this place likes her. The only reason she stillanaging here is because there is no one else to do the job. Ridiculous! Just don't put yourself into it! Unprofessional, unethical, poor service, poor place! I feel like I am in prison with a ghost surrounded! One simple example was when my dog scaped while I was sweeping the outside and I went right after him. We were in the backyard and he went to the front door. I literally took a maximum of 5 minutes and having myself exaggerating here. And she came to my backyard talk talk talk like I was commiting a crime and charged me $50. This is a simple example of many other little things that she does. Whoever is reading this, make a closer search. Talk to other neighbors. Go deeper. The place is in a great location, neighbors are nice and friendly! But she can take everything and make of it a nightmare!"
