"Moved here in January and it’s been a stick in the mud. In the middle of our lease, the property was sold and they can’t seem to get a hold of their payment system. Since this change they have been charging in excess for insurance that was already proven and provided MONTHS ago. To get a response is a hassle and for months they’ve been saying they’ll handle it and have provided NO CREDIT or communication as to when it’ll be resolved. Statements aren’t saved on the portal so you can’t review previous months unless you screenshot. Don’t bother, it’s relatively cheap to the SFL market but you get what you paid for. Apartments aren’t bad if you overlook the peeling plaster on the tub and counter, gutters pouring heavy flowing water onto the balcony making it unusable, low water pressure, constant littering and trash, etc. The maintenance people aren’t to blame for this complex’s trash issue as the main compactor is uncomfortable and pretty much unable to hold the weight needed for a complex of this size. Some people here don’t care for the environment/animals and it’s a disgusting glimpse of humanity. Update: Six months later and we finally got our insurance reimbursement for the over charges. It only took 5 emails, 6-8 phone calls, and a lot of back and forth."

"This is the worst apartment complex I have ever signed a lease into. I've only lived here 6 months and they've already changed management to RPM Living and REFUSE to acknowledge that I am being charged for renters insurance when I've already given documentation showing I have my own renters insurance. They continue to charge all the residents $14.50/monthly renters insurance! I've sent several emails with documentation and several phone calls that all go to voicemail. I'm extremely fed up with this property and will not be renewing my lease. The property is disgusting and always littered with trash. Please note RPM Living has one of the WORST reputations! Can't wait to LEAVE."

"Sherrie helped me have the best move in experience. She was able to help me with my lease in the best way possible. The staff in the office were kind and welcoming and I would recommend living here to anyone !"

"Lived here for 4 years and the place keeps deteriorating. They refuse to replace anything, fix anything. Windows have cracks, sliding glass door takes 2 people to open (wheels broken won't replace), roach infestation. You tell management and put request in they want to charge you. Toilets constantly running. The maintenance tries their best but they're on a budget. You pay for valet plus trash. Half the time they don't come and pick up your trash. Trash overflowing in the streets. Kids vandalize, throw trash. Cars get broken into. It's unsafe, unsanitary, and completely disgusting. Can't get in touch with anyone since they don't answer phones or reply back via email or phone call. Management is rude and incompetent when you do get in touch with them. I recommend not going to any properties owned by Arium. The rooms are big but it's old and they refuse to update. The only good thing is location. For $3000 plus you can fine something better."

"Originally I had planned to move into Hampton Lakes, but the apartments are more spacious and more square ft. for their 2/2 on Lakeside, also a tad cheaper. Anyways, I will not be renewing my lease as towards the back of Lakeside property parties are being thrown every weekend right outside my building. Also, getting catcalled every time I go towards my car or outside. It’s gotten so bad I started parking a little further to not interact with the men who post up outside the building literally doing nothing. It seems like to me there’s a lot of drug dealers/scammers living in the neighborhood and I don’t feel the safest. Trash being left in the parking lot or outside the compactor for DAYS, but maintenance does a great job of cleaning up the property when certain tenants can be disgusting. I don’t think it’s worth paying $2300/month, I could’ve lived somewhere nicer and safer for almost the same price. To include, management does a terrible job of answering their phones, your concerns, and making sure the lease agreement is correct. I’ve had to redo the lease agreement twice because they’ve put the wrong deposit amount into the lease. Tennis court has no functionality, smallest gym with broken machines. Honestly can’t wait till my lease is up."
