"My flight was delayed & I was running late to the leasing office to sign my lease on a Friday. Not only did Ms Ana stay late to make sure I got in safely, but she also made sure I was fed and taken care of. I have never felt more welcomed. I am so grateful for the smooth transition into my new home. Everything is as described. The area is quiet, close to shops and good food. No complaints over here, so far, I really do recommend."

Ana and her team are very professional and they works tirelessly to meet the needs of the tenants living here. The property is well kept and is always clean. I also love the fact that we have security cameras throughout the property’s parking areas as well as a security guard that patrols the premises at night. Great place to live"

"This apartment complex is great. The office staff are respectful and courteous and address issues as soon as they possibly can. The maintenance team is AWESOME! They are very respectful of your home. They do their best to fix things properly the 1st time around or at least properly inform you that they will need additional tools or supply. Grounds are kept clean and it’s mostly quiet. Neighbors are also relatively quiet and friendly. The parking has been a bit annoying since COVID since the patrol are not as diligent as they used to be, and sometimes people have a lot of guest, so you’ll have to park further but outside of that it’s an overall great place to live. Btw the manager Ana is excellent. Even if she has to give you an answer you don’t want to hear she still does it respectfully."

"I have lived at different places but living here has been such a great experience. From Ana to the maintenance men they are all a pleasure. The communication is excellent and they even have an after hours line to call for emergencies. Parking has never been a issue and the entire community is very clean and quiet! They host different gatherings for the holidays and recently I was really amazed how they even gave each household masks and gloves due to the pandemic. To top it off, today I come home and there was a Mother’s Day gift on the door! No other community is as thoughtful. You can tell the staff truly loves what they do! Lakeview palms truly stands out from all the rest and provided an exceptional experience living here."
