"I've been here since February 2020, and although I was thinking of moving this year because my apartment constantly having a leak and my daughter constantly getting sick but I eventually met Sherrie and Ava. They were really helpful, supportive , and attentive, and I must say that they made a huge difference in my experience. I succeeded in obtaining an upgraded unit. Jennifer tried to help me once , but she doesn't grasp or comprehend what's going on when it comes to leasing apartments so I don't know what that office would do without them."

"I was referred to this property by a loved one because of how well they were treated by Sherrie. To my surprise, I was being processed by Jennifer and she was pleasant but tried to get me to create fraudulent paystubs to qualify when our income was enough to be approved. She attempted to connect me with someone who was charging an additional $500 for this service. It wasn’t until I went back to Sherrie as recommended that I got a hassle free application process and was approved with my legitimate paystubs. Though the process began a little rough, I’m grateful for all the diligence and assistance Sherrie was able to provide and I have not had any complaints with the apartment or the complex. I would definitely recommend anyone to apply through Sherrie."

"Thanks again Carlos from maintenance! Have to leave another review because of the good experience I had. My dishwasher and garbage disposal sadly broke within the same week. I put in the maintenance request for both on 2/15 around 9am, and they were both fixed the same day by 11am. Great work!"

"My experience has been phenomenal with Sherrie, and Ava. They all perform exceptionally well and go above and beyond to ensure customers are satisfied. Their customer service skills are extraordinary especially Sherrie who will always ensure that my problems are solved. I truly appreciate them. Now that Monica so unprofessional and it shows by how the property looks and how people are moving out without caring about the lease agreement. Monica don’t care nothing about the tenants. Now the ones that care are out and family and friends are in the position this is ridiculous."

"I have been living at Hampton Lakes for over a year! It’s been a great experience. I can’t complain at all. When I need something fixed Maintenance is here the next two days. They have helped me through day one all the way up until now they are the best and can’t get any better. If you need anything done or need help, they are there to help no questions asked.
