"If I could give 0 stars I would. Just purchased a unit and the association “president” is not helpful at all!! The condo management is event WORST. Or I don’t know what’s worst. I got my car towed without even a warning and they can’t even help me get my decal that I wasn’t even told I needed. They are telling me they are doing me a favor for giving me that. I REGRET buying this place REGRET"

"Would NOT advise to move here! Community is becoming an eye-sore. Trash is always full. Bought personal recycle bin but can't recycle anything, due to bins always full. Purchased a new vehicle and left the dealership late at night, and it was towed the same night with NO prior warning (office was closed, so could not get a pass & no way to retrieve one online). CMA puts notices on doors and creates ridiculous rules, (ex: no mats outside door, no signs/décor/camera outside door, no items INSIDE window of bathroom that can be seen to public, no reverse parking unless towed). Neighbors are very welcoming, NOT the association. ALL RULES YET NO SECURITY or even a gated community."

"My landlord was awesome. However, this association/management company is horrible! I’ve rented in several different communities and have NEVER had as many issues with any other association. So you can understand how much nit-picking they do, they sent letters out to every apartment (whom was in violation) to remove their welcome mats from their front door because it’s against their rules. They do tow, no flexibility in parking due to COVID-19 (which says a lot since it is considered a pandemic). There’s NO chairs in the pool area. Against the rules for kids to ride their bikes out in front, luckily there’s a park across the street. Don’t get me wrong, I get how the kids riding bikes can be a liability, however, if under the proper supervision I don’t see the issue. There were car break ins but no attempt to make the place more secure. Basically, save yourself the headache & move somewhere else! They should just turn it into a 55 and older community & call it a day."

"I've had a horrible experience as a tenant at this complex.They towed my truck and billed me a thousand dollars.I was never given a warning prior to my truck being towed.I called management several times . She stated she would call the towing company .Five weeks later still no resolution.I called earlier in reference to Ac and washer only to be left on hold for a long period of time and sent to voicemail by the manager Sophia. I pay my rent on time and sometimes earlier than the due date,and this how they treat their good tenants!! I'm extremely disappointed and bothered by this level of unprofessionalism."
