Caspian Delray Beach Apartments

"Worst management I’ve ever dealt with. For the price, Caspian Delray has to be one of the worst in the area. They will hand out cookies on holidays but neglect to fix any of the core maintenance issues within the units or the various broken items all over the property. Garage doors broken, dog feces all over the property, neighbors smoking on their balconies when it’s against the lease and loud music throughout the halls. To top it off, I moved into a unit that was not properly cleaned and had multiple broken items upon arriving. I’ve had wonderful experience at previous Greystar properties but this mismanagement of this one cannot be overlooked."

"I just moved into the Caspian and I absolutely love it. I literally always feel like I’m on vacation because I have everything I need: pool, gym, grills, common area, etc. My neighbors all seem to be friendly thus far. The building itself is well maintained and always clean. The management staff is great, especially Rico! He’s always reachable, instantly responsive, and helpful whenever I have any Caspian questions. You’ll always run into him around the property working. I moved from a building that I thought had a good maintenance staff until I moved to the Caspian and it’s so much better. I can’t say I have any complaints. I love it here!"

Since the beginning of the process to move in she was kind, patient, and attentive. She takes on so many roles and handles them with grace. Happy to live here."

She has made the whole moving process so easy and stress free. She provides excellent customer service and actually cares when there’s a problem. Will be renewing my lease and would definitely recommend."

"Hands down the worst rental experience I’ve ever had, but that’s not shocking being a Greystar property. Almost $5k/month for a 2/2 apartment (have to pay extra for a parking spot too!) with bottom of the barrel finishes and appliances that are the furthest thing from luxury. But worse than the apartment itself is the management. I don’t even know how these people keep their jobs they are so bad. Packages/deliveries were frequently stolen or “went missing”, including my bicycle which was in a locked storage unit. There’s no security or even front desk person concierge to help when you have an issue. Honestly, run screaming away from this place while saving your money. Oh and check out these hallway photos that I got to endure without warning while I had a 10 month old baby to push in a stroller. Elevators and stairs completely blocked off without any way to get around it or down/upstairs. When I showed frustration to the workers, they laughed. And when I complained to management, they didn’t see it as a problem, let alone a health hazard for myself and child. Then we were about a month out from leaving, our neighbors down the hall moved in with a huge case of gun ammunition. Again, RUN. SCREAMING."
