"I lived in the apartment complex for a total of 5 years. I chose not to renew my lease this year simply because I out grew the space and wanted something renovated and closer to better job opportunities. Throughout all the 5 years, I can say I truly enjoyed living in this complex. I have little to no complaints. Kimberly and Emily have been an amazing help to me when I had any concerns or problems. The maintenance men always completed our work orders in a timely matter and effectively. I would recommend this complex to others who are looking to reside in the Delray area."

"My husband and I lived here for three and a half years. This apartment saw us through our engagement and wedding, the birth of our daughter, and watching her grow over her first 18 months. My downstairs neighbor had a baby about three weeks before I did, so we became fast friends and learned how to parent together. We made lots of sweet memories together in the neighborhood keeping our kiddos entertained! I'm a bit biased because of all the sentimentality I have for this little place, but we had an overall great experience here. There were occasional hiccups- being on the third floor, there was a sewage smell that would come up the pipes every now and then and maintenance couldn't ever figure out how to fix it. One we had bugs in our pantry and had to throw out a lot of things. But maintenance is prompt and attentive, neighbors are friendly, and you're very close to lots of grocery stores/restaurants/fun things to do. The pool is also great and the area is kept clean and well maintained. I never felt unsafe here and I would definitely rent here again. We moved out of state to be closer to family, but I'll always cherish the time in our lives that we spent at The Fountains at Delray!"
