"The MAILROOM IS AWFUL. I had a phone delivered to the mailroom two weeks ago and when I went in... no phone to be found, no notification from the package management system, no help at all from staff. I filed a report with GPD, sent a message to the property, no response. And this is not the first instance. I definitely have had several packages from Amazon go missing as well. Whether or not this issue is an issue of the people that live here, or a problem with staff / delivery I have no idea, but I can confidently say that this apartment has SERIOUS management issues. The location is great, and the gym is too. Apartments are weirdly laid out and the walls are quiet, but maintenance for minor stuff is pretty responsive and helpful. However, the elevator has been broken for almost four months now???? Like it's whatever, stuff breaks but for FOUR MONTHS?? The management is definitely slacking, or the property is lacking the funds to do proper repairs."

"*PARENTS and FUTURE RESIDENTS READ* Posting as anon because I still have a few months left of my lease before i get to be FREE. This is not LUXURY living, false adverting. Nowhere near luxury, no luxury service, subpar living conditions around the building, and should not be called luxury student housing. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT LIVE HERE. I have been living here since it first opened. That should tell you something about how much they don't care about making their residents happy, even the ones that have BEEN here since day 1. It has been tossed around from multiple management companies, which causes a lot of confusion and each time its like starting over again. Previous management was not so bad and was bearable, which is why i continued to sign, also because I wanted to avoid the headache of moving, I decided to just put up with it. But this new management is BY FAR the absolute worst. The main manager Nicole is the most condescending, rude, passive aggressive person I have ever had the dislike of speaking to. Some of the front desk people are fine and they really do try. But unfortunately she does not care to help or listen to any of the residents concerns and complaints. The elevators are always disgusting, theres a spider/spider web/insect problem all over the garage, they barely have a cleaning crew come, I have seen pieces of chicken rot on the floor for weeks without being cleaned up. Hallways filled with stains from trash bags, and overall nasty stuff. The stairs are gross all the time, the gym is always a mess and they dont care to do anything about it, the guest parking situation is a nightmare, if you care to have people over a lot i would look elsewhere, if you want to bring friends over good luck because they only allow 2 visitors per resident and getting a parking pass for them to park in the garage is hell, if the office is closed they will not be able to park, my friends have gotten booted by towing companies before which is really not what a visitor should be going through. Im convinced the goal from management is to torment and make students life 100 times harder. If you complain a lot to management they target you, it has happened to me. The surrounding area is also not the best I would be careful in general. The good reviews are all fake, listen to the real warnings being posted by actual residents, its not a joke, they do not care."

"SO HAPPY I MOVED!!!…previous review when i was living here …They held a raffle for reviews so just keep that in mind when reading that some of these could be fake!?i’ve had to edit my response so many times because bad things literally keep happening.I will not be releasing my apartment. The spiders living on your car every time you go to it will be the least of your problems. They also invade your balcony. My ac was broken a month (it broke a couple days after moving in)so they gave me a portable ac unit…that leaked all over my apartment(more than once) and destroyed my rug and the maintenance man made my boyfriend fix it himself because in his words “it wasn’t worth it to come over and fix it”. This is the unit that i also had to drag down by myself to the office after my ac was finally fixed because after five calls and five promises to come pick it up no one ever came. (the picture of the unit is after i dragged it down to the office i took a pic so they didn’t try to say i stole it) The huge appliance sat idle in my apartment for so long I should have charged them rent. I even talked to someone in person twice. Leasing agents lied when i toured and signed the lease about many things the main one being parking passes (which is the BIGGEST scam, if you plan on having guests come over after the office already closed they won’t be able to park) and when i told the manager she said “we’ll she doesn’t work here anymore so i can’t ask her” so more promises not upheld, and they don’t tell you when policies change. I’m really just annoyed that i keep getting lied to. My packages have stopped coming because of problems with the mail room, and just so many other more things.All the other reviews are spot on, the video i added is a leak thats been there since i can back from break, if i slip do i get free rent? They comment back with more lies lol. UPDATE: i guess they let dogs pee on walls now? (hopefully a dog)"

"Worth it if you have the money. My living expenses for the apartment total up about 1300 a month for a 350 sq ft studio. It's a new complex with very nice amenities, and pre furnished. The staff is really unorganized and make lots of mistakes, but they're very nice and accommodating so it's not too big of a deal if you're persistent. I get was getting a few roaches but we took care of it and I haven't seen any in a month, I've been getting a few ants but a little bit of spray and I hardly see them now. Sometimes the management texts everyone the local drama of how someone vandalized one of the amenities which I think is entertaining. It's a bunch of college kids and it seems like they do a good job of keeping it under control."
