"Shout out the grills that haven’t worked for months but are still listed as an amenity on the website and I was told they worked before I signed. Also shout out the Jumbotron that has no volume(I was told by someone hasn't worked for years). Gotta love paying crazy money to live here thinking it’ll be great but nothing works and is clean. Then talking to management about it and they said “would that really change your mind when you were signing your lease.” If I could leave a zero start review I would off. The place is very outdated, dirty the only good thing I can say about this place is the location."

"The standard in Gainesville is the best apartment complex yet! It is in the best location, has the best amenities, and beautiful apartments. Each room is spacious, with its own bathroom. There is a beautiful kitchen big enough for everyone to cook. In addition, the living room is the perfect size for friends to gather. In all, I recommend the standard over any other apartment complex!"
"Living here is amazing! The apartment is great and maintenance is always very quick to fix any issues. The pool is gorgeous and I love the private study room. I love the and it has everything I need. I especially love Sofia at the front desk she is very helpful and attentive whenever I need a package for have any concerns."
