"Clean and high quality living spaces. The maintenance team comes promptly and does routine checks. The cost is high compared to other apartments in Gainesville but if you sign a lease then you already know that. They use GRU for electric, Oates Energy for water and sewage, and Gatornet for internet. You have to sign up and pay for GRU and Oates separately which is a bit annoying but Gatornet is pretty fast. Some complaints... They stopped fixing the fountain so it got really gross and green with algae and then they drained it and never refilled it. They claim to have cameras on the bike area. There are two big signs that say security cameras in use and you can see there are cameras. However, when my bike got stolen, Trimark said they didn't have security cameras on that area and they couldn't do anything. Parking cost is ridiculous. Save yourself thousands and just get a neighborhood decal."
