"Dirty, unsafe and expensive. This place has a duck infestation. There are flocks of ducks living, breeding and pooping all over the property since the residents keep feeding them and there is only ONE trash container for the entire community! When you walk by the trash container(trash compactor) it smells horrible. It's even worse when you have to throw your trash away. In addition to your high monthly rent, you are charged an additional $30.00 per month for a trash pick up service, but they still leave trash piling up. There is also people trespassing and vandalizing the property when the management office is closed. There is no fence or gate around the property, so anyone can enter and do what they want. I have been told that cars are broken into. The fitness room has a passcode but apparently the entire world knows it and the fitness room has been vandalized several times. Anyone can enter it. Since there is no security cameras, the vandalism continues. Management has changed staff several times and they frequently have problems with the rent payment website. I had maintenance issues and they can be slow to fix these issues."
