Spyglass Apartments - A Luxury Community

"I had an unfortunate experience with another apartment community that leased my apartment and I was left in a bad situation. I only had 3 days to move out of my Airbnb and start a new job. A co-worker recommended Spyglass. Without an appointment, I showed up and was immediately greeted by Breanna. Breanna was a wealth of knowledge, personable and professional. She listened to what I needed and made recommendations on units. The community is very clean and beautiful. Each unit smelled great and the rates were reasonable. Its a very welcoming community. This will be my view every day. Thank you Breanna!"

"Awesome townhome! Had a few maintenance issues when moving in, but they were all completed and I am very happy to live here so far. Thank you to Logan and his maintenance team for addressing the issues. Also, the front office staff are friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this Complex!"

"I lived here for one year and facilities were average. The pool area is nice, except for frequent unavailability of propane tanks for grills and TVs that were only occasionally working. The staff were friendly, though I was charged bogus charges at move-out and never provided proof of service for what I was being charged. I would not recommend living here due to how I was fraudulently overcharged for move out fees."

"Lived here for a year, the front office are very nice folks. Kathleen is the kindest sweetest old lady that always was there to help. The build quality of the apartment such as the kitchen appliances cabinets etc is very cheaply built, but it’s livable I do recommend!"

"I was overall disappointed with my stay at Spyglass. The pictures and advertisements for the property look/sound fantastic, however these standards did not hold up once I moved in. I had a 13 month lease and moved out in July. There were several issues I identified, however my main focus is the lack of safety on the property. I had several instances where safety was breached in which the office was notified and nothing was done. I was followed back to my apartment by another tenant one evening and immediately told management, to which their reply was that they’d look into it, and it’s a possibility he had a crush on me. There was no follow up and the tenant I had identified stayed on the property with no consequence. Spyglass also has annual inspections which were extremely unorganized and it was difficult to know when management would be coming by. They had given a vague 5 day block, but made no indication of what building or time. I work nightshift, and was sleeping around 2 pm when I was awakened by 2 loud knocks while 4 large men simultaneously used the master key and came into my apartment. I noticed at about 6pm that they had left the master key in my doorlock outside in the hallway. I returned the key to the office a few days later, to which the office was completely unaware they were missing a MASTER KEY. Spyglass is not gated, but they do offer safety measures with key fobs to get into the elevators and stairwells. The stairwell on the far end of the property was never locked, the door was constantly broken and slammed extremely hard behind you, with hazardous, sharp metal pieces hanging off both front and back of the door. The tile on the outside of the building is also falling off. Large pieces about 1x2 falling near/onto walking pathways and parking lots. As a young, working, single female I did not feel safe and was happy to move as soon as my lease was up. There’s much more I could comment on, but safety was most important to me and in my opinion it was not their priority."
