"The community is beautiful and peaceful. The office staff was accommodating throughout the application process and are friendly also. I've notice bugs (ants with wings??) and I'm assuming because there no screens available for the patios and windows that's how it comes in but with proper tlc and fixtures for my doors, windows, patios, and consistent cleaning of the apartment it definitely feels like home. I'm into DIY projects so calling the maintenance for something like wasnt a big worry. Cant wait to decorate it the spacious one bedroom! an/d submit pictures. I came from Tampa, FL to Jacksonville as of 04/28/2023 and so far i havent had any problems from this apartment complex."

"Very nice apartment. Mr Quilles from management very stand up guy. However I cannot get a hold of the maintenance team. The number provided rings with available options but as I was told today by Mr Quilles today...it rings once a day and all calls after do not go through. I am currently sitting outside my apartment with 2 kids in the car and no way in."

"I don't think there are enough words in the English language to describe my disgust for this place and it's management/maintenance team. This is by far the worst place I have ever lived. I always paid my rent 2 weeks early, never received any complaints from other tenants, and never complained about anything. That was until 8 months before we moved. Our roof started to leak and grow mold. The management and maintenance never made an attempt to actually fix the problem. All they did was come in and spray "mold killer", which would help the problem for a few days until the leak started to come through again. This issue affected my husband's allergies almost every single day for those 8 months. Every time I went to the office to try and get someone to come fix it, the manager would always make an excuse saying "there are other apartments with worse issues that we are trying to fix". I can understand if other apartments are having emergencies, but not enough for this issue to go on for 8 months. If you can avoid these apartments, do so at whatever cost. The mold, bugs, and terrible management ARE NOT WORTH IT. Don't waste a cent on this place because it really should just be condemned and bulldozed."
