"I was recently contacted by management to come in and complete a paper application for reasonable accommodations since being on the wait list. As I was sitting with the leasing agent another staff member asked her with no regard to me being in the room why was I moved up on the waitlist. Then the agent that was assisting me proceeded to tell her it was because I needed reasonable accommodations. She then said well there's a lot of people on the waiting list that needs accommodations why would she moved up? The agent said because of the size unit that she needs, the other staff member then asked her what size unit I needed and how many occupants would be dwelling the unit. I can't put into words how uncomfortable it was for me to be sitting there as a new applicant and hear them speaking about things that should have been discussed in private and to make things worse she looked me up and down as if I was lying or had no such need for accomodations. I am physically disabled and I shouldn't be treated so unprofessionally because I may not look it to someone else. I was so uncomfortable I even decided not to complete the application process."

"I'm getting harassed with 10 day notices stated that I haven't paid my rent for October, good thing I kept my receipt from that money order. One of the women in the office probably missed placed my money order, or stole it. I will be seeking legal actions as soon as possible "AGAIN". I've already had to call the city board THREE TIMES on these landlords, and now that i have done that, now they are trying their HARDEST to put me out of my apartment, by holding my money order. But my question is: if I didn't pay my rent for October "why am I still pursuing to pay rent and stay in my apartment, if we so called have intil the 15th of every month for tenants to pay their rent? Like I've mentioned before I will be seeking help authorities for these negligents."
