"This isn't a place someone "wants" to live, it's a place someone has to live. Maintenance and upkeep is non exisistant. Bad plumbing, gas leaks , code violations. Not ideal for children. One good thing is a handful of residents will call police and report vagrants and unusual activities."

"I am a current resident and have been needing maintenance repairs done since I moved in but management does not seem to care. 2 maintenance people have come to look at repairs but nothing ever gets done. 10/22/2019 I am previous resident and am trying to get my rental history verified by another company but this management company will not respond to them. My rental history with them was outstanding but trying to reach an Agent or Management is impossible...Do yourself a favor and stay away from this community. Buyer Beware!!!"

"I have been living here for over 7 years. I really like the quietness, small single story complex, having a patio and yard. Also having an attic is definitely a plus. I have witnessed both good and bad management and maintenance. Things have gotten better since DLP has acquired the property. The maintenance turnaround time still needs some work. It seems that every time management changes, which is often, then the rules change! I feel that there are more incentives for new tenants and nothing for the tenants that have excellent pay history and are dedicated tenants. Trying to raise our rents to meet the market is not right. We have next to nothing as far as amenities and you want to raise our rents to be compatible with complexes that have pools, playgrounds, clubhouse, workout rooms...etc. So many of us here at the Woodlands are on a fixed income that doesn't get income raises that doesn't come close to the up in rent that you are asking for year after year. I hope I can continue to stay hete at the Woodlands."

"This management SUCKS! They change rental agents every month and no one know housing or section 8 language or how to calculate prorated or retro payments. They always seem to be over charging seniors who are the majority of people in this complex. They have one maintenance guy who is the nicest guy but he can only do so much due to the patching up here and there. The office should be audited before they do anymore contracts."
