"Moved in summer of last year. I like the landscaping, floor plans, and community events. The office does a good job about hosting events for the community. My favorite part of it all is the pool and community center. It’s convenient when you don’t feel like staying inside, but also don’t wanna go far. "we just moved in two weeks ago and have had a lot of maintenance issues (appliances not working, freezer leaking, broken drawer, etc) but John has come and fixed every single issue within a day of making the request. he is super friendly, very knowledgeable, and has done a perfect job on all of our repairs. i hope we always get him for our service requests because he’s the best!"
"I went with a friend to view a 3 bedroom unit. When we walked in we were greeted by Mary Beth. She took us on a detailed tour of all of the amenities and the vacant unit. I myself and my friend are both in property management, and we definitely know what to look for, and what questions should be asked. Well Mary Beth was fantastic in explaining in detail and had such a great personality, she was so pleasant and knowledgeable with the community and was a tremendous help with assisting the needs in finding my friend the perfect place to call home. Thank you for the excellent service that you provided us today and making our tour a memorable one. Fantastic job, and we will definitely recommend to others."
