"Well, the application process was very difficult for us since it was our first time, but thanks to Michelle we were able to do it. From the moment we arrived, she showed us the apartment we wanted, explained everything to us very well, and answered all the questions we asked. We did it without any problem, at all times. I do not judge the character and way of being of people, only the work and that they help me resolve the situations that arise and she was always willing to help us , finally got approval and we are going to move on the 28th of this month . We are very happy, I hope in the future to give another good review about life there and the condominium itself. Thank you Michelle"

"The apartments are beautiful! The leasing agent Michelle was so nice she answered ALL my questions showing me the apartments and amenities. Her customer service is top tier. Very nice lady with amazing energy and positive attitude. If I could give 10 stars I would!"

"So I have been staying here for a year now and I highly would NOT recommend these apartments. Mainly due to management. Michelle is very fake nice. She pretends to be nice and helpful in the beginning so she can get you to lease, then turns i to the most disrespectful ,unprofessional women Ive ever met. Then we have stalia or however you spell it, shes a younger assistant manager I believe. She comes to her job every day with a bad attitude and evil spirit. She doesn't care for the residents nor the community she's just here to get paid. I cant tell you how many times Ive been disrespected and hung up on by her. Shes also much much younger than me and doesn't respect her elders and tries to talk to people like there her kids. If you don't know how to treat and talk to people then you need to get out of the customer service field immediately! Then the rent isn't worth these apartments. They're very old and run down."

"Terrible experience at this "Luxury" apartment. The trash every week was ALWAYS over flowing to the point that the platform to the bin was packed with trash. Sometimes it would be so bad that trash was also placed in the parking lot/ground surrounding the bin. There was trash scattered in my building's corridor almost every week because raccoons were getting into the trash placed out for the trash service to pick up. Ones of the amenities they listed for my apartment was a screened in patio and they mentioned how it was suppose to be installed sometime within the year that I moved in but it was never installed. When it came to moving out, they never sent me or my roommate an email or physical mail (I gave my forwarding address to the office and they had both our emails) of any charges made to the apartment. When I tried to call the office my calls were almost NEVER answered so I had to leave a message and wait on a returning call, which took a while to get back to me. They told me how I should have received an email about it but did not confirm on their end that they sent an email out to me or even when it was sent. They also told me how their system was switched so there might have been issues resulting from that. I was then told it was an issue they had to inquire to their managing company since the refund check was already made and that I could expect a call by the end of the month. I waited a few weeks PAST the end of the month and was met with a sassy tone telling me how they would get back with me (basically telling me I shouldn't have followed up). That being said I have yet to get a call back and it'll be coming up on a year. They basically stole my money and I doubt anything was even sent to the managing company about it. The only thing good about here is the maintenance team. You can expect a timely response back and great customer service, unlike the main managing team."

"I live here and I cannot thank the maintenance folks enough. They are so quick to fix anything that is wrong. Marvin is especially helpful and just such a sweet guy. I appreciate him and all the staff!"
