"I've only just moved to the Lux at Sorrel, but so far my experience has been wonderful. This is in large part due to wonderful staff in the leasing office, and particularly thanks to the spectacular leasing agent Lindsey Camacho. As soon as I walked in she greeted me with a smile and welcomed me to Sorrel. She knew exactly the right questions to ask when helping me to choose a unit. After determining my needs and genuinely listening to my hopes for my future residence, she was able to locate multiple available units that checked all my boxes. She gave me a wonderful tour of the amenities and was able to show me the inside of the actual unit I was interested in. Not only that, but she even stayed late the day I applied for my apartment and personally called me after ensuring that my application went through and that I was approved. I should also add that this process was extremely fast. After stopping by on my lunch break for a tour, I was informed later that same day that I was approved, and Lindsey sent me my lease to sign the following day. Throughout this whole experience I have felt welcome and treated graciously by the entire leasing staff. Any time that I'm in the office I'm always offered snacks and refreshments. I would also like to say that Katie, (not sure if I'm spelling that right) one of the managers in the office was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Overall I highly recommend the Lux at Sorrel to anyone looking for an apartment."
