My self and my family feel safe. I would recommend these Apartments to anyone looking for an apartment that has a clean atmosphere, nice,cozy, quiet."

"This community is wonderful and the staff is amazing our Salesperson Sara has been great for the past year helping us with our move and learning about the area. The maintenance team Chris and Johnathan are always there to help you with any issues and reply immediately. I think they can answer any questions you ask and help you with anything you need. The secretary and Manager are always there to manage the community and address any concerns. Most important these apartments look like large homes and not like a cement complex."

Management is very attentive to concerns or questions and maintenance is quick and efficient. The pool is absolutely gorgeous and a great place to relax during the warmer months. "In my opinion, do not live here. The price is absurd for the quality of these apartments, you are not paying for a nice place to live in, you're paying for the location of it. It is a walk to the target or a short drive for all the stores around and not very far from the beach which is wonderful but this has been a disgusting place to live in. No matter how much my roommates and I cleaned this, complex has a huge roach infestation. When we first got here our apartment was so infested there were German roaches absolutely covering the ceilings and walls, with baby roaches crawling around in the carpet. Thankfully the owners allowed us to move to a completely different building with the same price as before yet there is a roach infestation here as well.. in a whole other building. The doors would not close easily you had to practically slam them for them to shut, the knobs were wobbly, door stoppers were nearly hanging out of the walls. Everything feels so cheap considering the price. I will say the staff here is very kind so that is a plus. There are times where we will simply not stay in the apartment for days because we feel so disgusted knowing there are roaches everywhere, even getting into the oven before disappearing. Even when I would just walk around the complex there would be huge dead roaches just out in the open. We have gone through entire bottles of roach spray and traps. I would recommend finding a different apartment to rent at because we definitely wish we did."
