"Lived here for about 8 months and had absolutely no issues what so ever. Very professional management team. Any time we had an issue it was resolved normally within a few hours. Always responded to any questions we had almost immediately. Sometimes after hours. I do think the 6 person per group at the pool was a little crazy. Because as a family of 4 we couldn’t have anyone else really go with us but that’s it."

"The apartments are ok. However, what is not ok is the assistant apartment manager . Her attitude is terrible. She spoke to both my husband and I in a condescending manner multiple times . She called me to question ME about why doesn’t his offer letter state that he works at home Instead of calling his jobs HR office common sense She never returned our calls in a timely fashion She asked us to send our documents to her email (instead of uploading to the application portal) She failed to respond to us letting us know that she received our documents So we became worried and tried calling her to no avail At this point we was furious that she kept dodging us and that anytime we did hear from her she was being condescending My husband was finally able to reach her and he told her she was unprofessional and rude She then went to the mgr of the apartments and told him that my husband was rude (failed to tell why) Soon after we received a call from the mgr of the apartments saying we will receive a refund and he didnt want us to live there At this point we had been treated so badly we actually did not want to live there anymore so it was somewhat of a relief for us So we took our money elsewhere and the best part is we are now dealing with an actual professional who we dont have to chase down and who actually knows how to talk to people"
