Pine Forest Motel

"HORRIBLE!!! I was there for less than an hour!!! I should have known by the yellow towels handed to me at check in... dirty, smelly, nasty... had the felling of things crawling on me the whole time! NO outlets, barely any lighting... just bad! I DO NOT recommend staying here. I gave them the key back... didn't want to even argue about a refund... maybe they would be nice an give me one? But I have a feeling this happens often. I highly DO NOT recommend staying here!!!"

"Horrible place with horrible owner. She is just Horrible & stupid. Lady needs to learn how to post the correct address & proper business hours if she doesn't want her precious sleep disturbed at 2AM. Why wouldn't you turn off the big neon "Open" sign if you don't want to be disturbed while sleeping? Why would you be rude to a guest for following the "Ring bell for assistance" instructions on the sign you made yourself? Terrible place with Terrible management. I guarantee all those good reviews were before this lady started running the place. Edit: In response to the BS reply from the owner claiming I "must've been somewhere else". Here's the photo I took that night of their sign in their window..."

"I wanted this to be a good stay, but in fairness the “non-smoking” room reeked heavily of stale smoke; there were no blankets (only a sheet and a thin bedspread for cover, the latter also reeking of stale smoke); the walls and the ceiling were grimy, patched (in one place with cardboard) and otherwise uninviting; there were no hand towels or face cloths; and the overall condition of the room was rundown beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. Maybe other rooms at the Pine Forest Motel are better, but this one was a notable letdown. I was relieved to depart after one short night."

"There was big bugs there, the door had a cracked in it and when it rained it came inside. The toilet wouldn't flush. There was a couple fighting the whole time we stayed. You could hear screaming all night. You're not allowed to have visitors after 8 pm. And if you do the owner bangs on the door and demands them to leave. I asked if it was posted she said no I should have asked the other guest who were staying there. 10/10 would not recommend this place"

"Stayed on April 10th 2021, staff is extremely welcoming and helpful 10/10 room was clean and neat NO BUGS, restroom could use another scrub down but i felt comfortable showering here. Read a few old reviews and the owner has progressively improved on things guests complain about. It was an affordable stay @$80 compared to other last minute hotels trying to charge $300+, this little place was a bonfiire in the darkness for us, thank you for your hospitality."
